you might've noticed by now that i don't have photoshoots in the same location within a close timeframe.  why?  because i don't want to get comfortable.  being comfortable scares me.  i never want my photography (or any art that i do) to become mundane, the same, old, uninspired, cliché.   and so when samantha's mother contacted me and asked if we could have sam's senior photos taken in a theater i squealed.  of course i've never shot in a theater, and of course i've always wanted to shoot in a theater.  i mean, how incredible does a person have to be to request a senior shoot in a theater?!
pretty darn awesome.  so meet my girl samantha.
she's talented and outgoing.  unafraid to dream.  accomplishes goals.  confident in her own person.  inspiring.  she's an actress, a dancer, and she's beautiful.
and these are her photos.
way to live outside the box, samamntha.  i love it.
(a huge, huge, huge thanks to the sorg opera house for letting us use their currently-under-renovation building.  it is gorgeous, and being able to shoot there made my year.)
